The Southwest American Choral Directors Association National Convention will be held in Little Rock, Arkansas – Monday February 28th – Thursday March 3, 2022. Each convention hosts an honor choir made up of students from the Southwest Region (Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas & New Mexico). The Honor Choir is made of up to 300 singers. Singers prepared and recorded vocal exercises and songs for audition in September. We are proud to announce that we have three singers participating in this prestigious honor choir and representing Helen Tyson Middle School.
