What is a PTA?

Parent - Teachers Association

is a national organization that improves the safety and expands the interests of children. At Harp Elementary, our parents and teachers work together in a close relationship to improve education and activities at our school.

Ways to Volunteer:

  • Classroom Support*

  • Homeroom Parent for Valentine and Christmas parties 

  • Clerical Support

  • Picture Day Assistant

  • Fall Festival Volunteer

  • Assist with Teacher appreciation week

  • Teacher Treat Cart

  • Assist with Fall Fundraiser (largest fundraiser of the year)

  • Harp-in-the-Park Volunteer

  • Lunch buddy program

*Volunteers must attend an orientation training before working in the classroom areas.
